Choices We Make and We Don’t

In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility. ~Eleanor Roosevelt
Drug addiction is a choice. One never got into this mess without his or her expressed decision. That choice was made. The path was taken. The end result is drug addiction. What is worse are the consequences this choice brought upon an individual; broken marriages or ruined relationships, a great career flushed down the drain, loss of self-esteem, societal disgrace, and more. This choice cannot be reversed. What can be done is make other choices -acceptance of responsibility, and choosing to get well.choices_we_make

I know that submitting yourself in a drug treatment center program is not an easy choice to make, but you have to if you want to choose now a drug-free life. Should you make that right choice to free yourself from the shackles of addiction or alcoholism, you will need a community to help you on your drug treatment or rehabilitation. or a place conducive to your quick recovery.

Make the right choice today, and start living a sensible life.
