Watch what you say!

Sean, forwarded this on my email today:

"THE TONGUE CAN BE YOUR WORST ENEMY!"

So, true. In fact, your words, your dreams, and your thoughts have power to create conditions in your life. What you speak about, you can bring about.
  • If you keep saying you can't stand your job, you might lose your job.
  • If you keep saying you can't stand your body, your body can become sick.
  • If you keep saying you can't stand your car, your car could be stolen or just stop operating.
  • If you keep saying you're broke, guess what? You'll always be broke.
  • If you keep saying you can't trust a man or trust a woman, you will always find someone in your life to hurt an d betray you.
  • If you keep saying you can't find a job, you will remain unemployed.
  • If you keep saying you can't find someone to love you or believe in you, your very thought will attract more experiences to confirm your beliefs.
  • If you keep talking about a divorce or break up in a relationship, then you might end up with it.
  • Turn your thoughts and conversations around to be more positive and power packed with faith, hope, love and action.
  • Don't be afraid to believe that you can have what you want and deserve.
Watch your Thoughts, they become words.
Watch your Words, they become actions.
Watch your Actions, they become habits.
Watch your Habits, they become character.
Watch your Character, for it becomes your Destiny.
The minute you settle for less than you deserve, you get even less than you settle for. Thought I would share this with you.
In the search for Me, I discovered Truth.
In the search for Truth, I discovered Love.
In the search for Love, I discovered GOD.
And in God, I have found Everything.
Watch how your circumstances and situations begin to change when you change the way you speak.
"Life is like melted butter. . .once things cool down, it can be reshaped!"

  1. What you write about thought processes is so true. We create our environments. Nice post.

  2. this is so true. as I always tell myself you gravitate in the direction of your dominant thoughts that's why I try my best to think positive all the time.

  3. You are right. That's why one must appreciate with what you have and be grateful.

And think positive. This also leads to a healthier life.

  4. At the risk of delving RIGHT into metaphysical profundities let me say, "LOVE your article!" [NOW let me say...]

If we want better we first have to love [for example] our old clunker of a car and THEN, with a grateful heart, we bless it and release it to someone else who would love it AFTER we receive our awesome car!

That's how it works for me.

It works differently for a lot of people but there are some commonalities I've noticed. I've written more at MY website but wanted to share one more truth you speak of.

I used to give my boyfriend the finger all the time behind his back -as a joke...[this was when I was beginning to apply "attraction" principles in my life...] - til one morning I woke up - no kidding - an dmy left middle finger was sore for no good reason.

I quit with the finger. It went away. To test the theory I offered the finger again and again it became sore. :)

I love life. It's so fun! LOL

...Come see me. I'll be back to see you and I entrecard dropped you too!

  5. Thank you all for your wonderful comments and the compliments. Also, please forgive me for taking this long to reply.

Indeed pentad! We create and can always create a positive environment. Viktor Frankl, a WW2 known psychologist and Ghetto survivor once said: Anything can be taken from a man, except one thing -the freedom to choose the kind of attitude to have in any situation. I may have not quoted him verbatim there, the point being, it amplifies what you said there.

    @ Wendy

Yeah, positive thoughts should always be cultivated because tehy will ultimately lead to postive attitude and actions.

    @ Haney

Let me add: Appreciate what you have, and thank the heaven's for what you don't have now. Sounds sensible?

    @ Samsara

Ey. First, thanks for the month long ad. ^^ Second, your comment here amplified in a very nice way what I am trying to say with your own example/experience. Thanks Sam. ^^
