Hold fast to dreamsGoals are built on dreams. Dreams are more of a macro perspective (the forest) of what we want in life. Goals are the micro perspectives (the trees) of these dreams. Goals were meant to give us a visual realization of our dreams; metrics and indices that tell us where we are now, where we are going, and if we have arrived. Without these goals, our dreams will remain as they are, and eventually ‘will go’ and leave our lives like a ‘barren field, frozen with snow.’

Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound) goals to fulfill your dreams. Pursue them. Re-evaluate, review and redefine them periodically and when needed. And when odds are against you, be patient, persevere, and hope; for
