An Underage Over Achiever?

“My own personal solution has always been to get myself involved in whatever activity or actions to make this world a better place. “
No, that was not JFK’s last word before he was assassinated, nor that was of Martin Luther King Jr. Those are of a 12-year-old lad from Canada who raised more than 5 million dollars for various causes including UNICEF. That is right! A boy who made a difference in his own way, selling clementines, cookies and hand-made decorative plates door to door and eventually influenced and rallied his peers across Canada to follow suit. Bilaal Rajan is the youngest Ambassador ever for UNICEF. He is an inspiration not only to children worldwide, but to adults as well.Bilaal RajanHis influence did not end there. He also wrote a book. Yeah! He did! In his simple yet striking words:
“My book, ‘Making Change,’ is my tool to reach out to the world with this message.”
With societies everywhere wallowing in moral decadence and hopelessness, it is so good to know that there young people like Bilaal who are trying to make this world a better place in their own way, however young they are. To me, that is change exemplar, unlike the empty promises our politicians are promising us.

My kudos!
